Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme (the Scheme) - Structural Condition Assessment of Mei Ho House
A preliminary structural appraisal of Mei Ho House has been included in Section 4.7 of its resource kit which states that, based on visual inspection and the age of the building, the estimated loading of each floor would be 1.1 kPa.
In response to the feedback collected since the launching of the Scheme on 22 February 2008, the Architectural Services Department has completed a consultancy for structural condition assessment (the Assessment) of Mei Ho House. The Executive Summary of the Assessment can be downloaded via the link below. The applicants should however note that the information provided in the Executive Summary is only meant to be helpful. The applicants are advised to verify such information before finalizing their proposals
