• Advance online registration is required to participate in this tour. No walk-ins will be accepted.
  • If the number of applications exceeds the quotas, participants will be selected by drawing lots. Successful applicants will be notified of their results by email. To avoid the result notification email from going to the Spam Mail folder, please add tours@walkin.hk as a safe/trusted sender in your mailbox.
  • Each application allows a maximum of 2 participants only. If necessary, please make a separate registration.
  • Due to limited quota, each participant is allowed to register for only one session of the tour of the same building during the event period.
  • Participants are not allowed to switch to another tour session once a session has been selected, and will be considered giving up the quota if he/she could not attend the tour selected.
  • The successful applicants should present the confirmation email at the time of assembly.
  • The tour reservation is not transferable. If it is necessary to cancel the scheduled tour due to unexpected circumstances, please notify Walk In Hong Kong Limited (the Commissioner for Heritage’s Office’s assigned service provider) by email tours@walkin.hk at least 3 days prior to the tour date.
  • Due to safety reason, children under 12 years old participating in the tour should be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
  • The organiser may take photos or videos during the tour, and may use the photos and videos for the purpose of promotion and publicity. Should the participants not agree with such arrangement, please inform the working staff on the day of the tour.
