The 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China

The Commissioner for Heritage's Office (CHO) of the Development Bureau presents the “Batches I to IV of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme” roving exhibition from 19 November to 31 December this year. The exhibition features 12 revitalisation projects of government-owned historic buildings, to promote conservation of historic buildings and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

“Batches I to IV of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme” Roving Exhibition 2022

The roving exhibition is held at the following venues:

The 12 projects of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme (Revitalisation Scheme) covered by the roving exhibition include Tai O Heritage Hotel (Old Tai O Police Station), Hong Kong Baptist University School of Chinese Medicine - Lui Seng Chun (Lui Seng Chun), YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel (Mei Ho House), Jao Tsung-I Academy (Former Lai Chi Kok Hospital), Green Hub (Old Tai Po Police Station), Stone Houses Family Garden (Stone Houses), Viva Blue House (The Blue House Cluster), Hong Kong News-Expo (Bridges Street Market), The HKFYG Leadership Institute (Former Fanling Magistracy), The Pokfulam Farm (Old Dairy Farm Senior Staff Quarters), Tai Hang Fire Dragon Heritage Centre (No. 12 School Street), and the Lady Ho Tung Welfare Centre Eco-Learn Institute (Lady Ho Tung Welfare Centre).

Public are welcome to visit the exhibitions and these historic buildings during the opening hours. Guided tours are also offered for free by the historic buildings on a first-come, first-served basis.

The roving exhibition and "Heritage Vogue · Hollywood Road" 2022, both organised by the CHO, will jointly promote conservation of historic buildings. The public can collect stamp at the exhibition at One International Finance Centre and the 12 booths of the projects under the Revitalisation Scheme at the Prison Yard, Tai Kwun on 20 November 2022. With a full set of 13 stamps, they can redeem a limited edition postcard set at the CHO’s booth at Prison Yard, Tai Kwun. Postcard redemption is only available on a first-come, first-served basis on 20 November 2022.
