To celebrate the 10^th anniversary of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme (Revitalisation Scheme), the Commissioner for Heritage's Office of the Development Bureau held a four-week Instagram photo competition on historic buildings under the Revitalisation Scheme from 5 April to 2 May 2019.

Over 840 entries were submitted during the competition period. A panel of judges comprised of members of the Advisory Committee on Built Heritage Conservation selected the following winning entries for the “Best 11 Photos Award” for each building featured under the Revitalisation Scheme.
