Objectives

Through the Built Heritage Conservation Fund, we offer funding for public education, community involvement and publicity activities with a view to:

• strengthening community awareness and knowledge of built heritage conservation;
• mobilising the public, private owners of historic buildings and other stakeholders to take direct and positive action to conserve and revitalise their historic buildings; and
• enhancing public participation and increasing volunteering opportunities in heritage conservation works.
