Opening Ceremony of Savannah College of Art and Design Hong Kong

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, and Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Hong Kong President, Ms Paula Wallace (third from left), officiate at the SCAD Hong Kong opening ceremony today (October 21).
