SDEV visits Wan Chai District

The Secretary for Development, Mrs Carrie Lam, was briefed by Planning Department officer on the roof of the former headquarters of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department about land use planning issues in the Caroline Hill area.
Mrs Lam tours the clubhouse of the South China Athletic Association to learn about its operation and future redevelopment plans.
Mrs Lam learns about the historic and architectural features of the former Wan Chai Police Station and the relevant heritage conservation requirements.
