Architectural drawings of the seven historic buildings under the Scheme in Portable Document Format (PDF) are already included in the resource kit for each building. In response to the requests from some potential applicants, Development Bureau has produced a CD-ROM containing these architectural drawings in AutoCAD format to facilitate preparation of submissions for the Scheme.The CD-ROM can be collected by eligible applicants (eligibility is explained in paragraph 2.1 of the "Guide to Application") of the Scheme starting from 14 April 2008.
Eligible applicants can collect the CD-ROM at the Scheme Secretariat at Room 2150, 21/F, Murray Building, Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong during office hours (9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. and 2:00p.m. to 6:00p.m., Monday to Friday except Public Holidays) starting from 14 April 2008. The person to collect the CD-ROM should bring along a duly completed authorisation/undertaking letter, which can be downloaded from the link below, bearing the signature of a senior responsible officer of the organisation.
