Development Bureau will hold a workshop for the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme (the Scheme) on 3 April 2008. The workshop aims to:

• Elaborate on various major elements of the Scheme.
• Using Lui Seng Chun as an example, illustrate typical technical problems that are encountered in revitalising historic buildings and possible ways to overcome them; and how the application forms are to be completed.
• Answer participants' enquiries.

Representatives from the Development Bureau, Antiquities and Monuments Office, Architectural Services Department, Buildings Department, Planning Department, etc. will attend the workshop. The details of the workshop are as follows:

• The workshop provides about 250 seats with free admission.
• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Each applicant may reserve 2 seats at most.
• The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese. Simultaneous English interpretation services will be provided.
