We had organised a workshop on Batch II of Revitalisation Scheme on 30 September 2009. The workshop aims to:

• Elaborate on various major elements of the Scheme;
• Use Lui Seng Chun as an example, illustrate how the application form is to be completed;
• Highlight major technical problems that are encountered in Batch II historic buildings and possible ways to overcome them; and
• Answer participants' enquiries.

Representatives from the Development Bureau, Antiquities and Monuments Office, Architectural Services Department, Buildings Department, Planning Department, etc. attended the workshop. Details of the workshop are as follows:
