為慶祝「活化歷史建築伙伴計劃」（活化計劃）推出十周年，發展局文物保育專員辦事處於2019年4月5日至5月2日舉辦了為期四星期，以活化計劃下的歷史建築為主題的Instagram攝影比賽。

比賽期間合共收到逾840幅參賽作品。由保育歷史建築諮詢委員會組成的評審團從參賽作品中，為第一至三期活化計劃旗下的每幢歷史建築挑選出以下的「最佳相片」：
