The Advisory Committee on Revitalisation of Historic Buildings (Advisory Committee) has completed assessment of the proposals submitted for revitalising the 5 historic buildings under Batch II of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme (Revitalisation Scheme). The Secretary for Development has accepted the Advisory Committee’s recommendation and given the approval-in-principle to the selected non-profit-making organisations.

Results of Selection

Since the Batch II of the Revitalisation Scheme started in late August 2009, a total of 38 applications were received for the 5 Batch II historic buildings under the Revitalisation Scheme. After months of hardwork by the Advisory Committee, the following 3 revitalisation projects were selected :
