The Advisory Committee on Built Heritage Conservation (Advisory Committee) has completed the assessment of the proposals submitted for revitalising the first four historic buildings (i.e. Tai Tam Tuk Raw Water Pumping Station Staff Quarters Compound, Homi Villa, King Yin Lei and Fong Yuen Study Hall) under Batch VI of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme (Revitalisation Scheme). The Secretary for Development has accepted the Advisory Committee's recommendation.

Since the launch of Batch VI of the Revitalisation Scheme in December 2019, a total of 42 applications had been received for revitalising the abovementioned four historic buildings. After months of hard work by the Advisory Committee, the following four revitalisation projects were selected:

Former North Kowloon Magistracy was included into the same batch of the Revitalisation Scheme at a later date. Since the launch for application in August 2020, a total of 30 applications had been received. After months of hard work by the Advisory Committee, the following project was selected:
